What is Eyebrow Misty?
Also known as ombré or powder gradient eyebrow embroidery, this semi-permanent technique achieves a soft-powdered look. It makes use of several dots to tone in the brows which is lighter at the beginning and darker at the tail, giving it a natural misty appearance.
